Who Are We?
HOD Solutions is operated by experienced former yacht crew. This positions us effectively to understand the realities of life on board: the standards, the pressure, and the expectations that come with meeting budget and operational constraints.
Why Do We Exist?

HOD Solutions was born out of frustration with the alternative. While sailing as crew, including 100m+ new build command, we observed a recurring pattern of declining shipyard standards, inflated costs, over-promised timelines, and under delivered results. This often led to (avoidable) delays and frustration for both crew and owners.

How DO We Operate?

We are responsive, transparent, hands on and direct. We speak the language of crew and owners to ensure that expectations are clearly understood, timelines remain realistic, and delivery is executed as promised.
