Teak, Vinyl, Flooring & Floor Coverings
Large volume beach club teak refurbishment projects, including removal of old products (beeswax) and application of BONA HD lacquer. Teak protection of deckheads, hot tub surrounds, serveries, and handrails. Template and manufacture of interior carpet runners with weighted hems and non-skid backing. Supply and installation of AMTICO flooring for crew areas.
Stainless Steel Fabrication
Custom design and manufacture of stainless steel whip holders with precise fitment mechanisms. Bespoke stainless galley workbenches (folding/stowable designs) and shelving solutions. Bespoke design and fabrication of stainless steel saddles for shorepower cables, to prevent damage to existing railings & surround environment during operation.
Carpentry & Corian
High quality vacuum laminate shelving tailored to operational needs (guest and crew areas). Corian installations for galleys and crew mess tables, featuring seamless join, radiused edges and drops. Interior door adjustments, soft-close & hold back installations.
Repairs & Finishing
Guest tender GRP and paint repairs carried out in the tender garage – mid season. Silicone and sealant works for interior and exterior finishes, including guest bathrooms and master cabin glass.
